Clinical Assessment

A 50-year-old bank officer from Chavakkad presenting with asthmatic bronchitis. Severe aggravation during the monsoon and winter months in Kerala. He had been taking bronchodilator pills and expectorants, which caused hand tremors and palpitations.

Diagnostic Investigations: Auscultation revealing bilateral coarse crepitations and rhonchi.

Antimonium Tartaricum was indicated for the loud rattling of mucus in the chest with inability to expectorate, while Natrum Sulphuricum addressed damp-weather bronchial irritation.
