Clinical Assessment
A 52-year-old businessman from Triprayar presenting with bilateral nasal polyps for 4 years. Used steroid nasal sprays daily. An ENT surgeon advised polypectomy surgery. The patient was hesitant due to high recurrence rates of nasal polyps. Sought a permanent homeopathic cure.
Diagnostic Investigations: Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy (DNE) showing bilateral Grade III nasal polyps originating from middle meatus; CT scan confirming complete sinus opacification.
