Presenting Complaints & History
- Severe pain in the right shoulder joint, worse at night and when lying on it
- Significant restriction in shoulder abduction and rotation

- Muscle wasting around the shoulder girdle due to disuse

Selected Constitutional Remedies: Sanguinaria Canadensis and Ferrum Metallicum
Lifestyle & Nutritional Support
Daily gentle stretching (finger ladder exercises, pendulum stretches), applying moist heat before mobility work, and sleeping on a supportive pillow.
Clinical Outcome
Follow-up Period: 7 months- Significant reduction in shoulder pain, enabling comfortable sleep
- Shoulder abduction improved from a restricted 70 degrees to a full 160 degrees
- Significant improvement in range of motion and physical function
- Sustained improvement during follow-up with restored muscle strength
