Clinical Assessment

A 9-year-old schoolboy from Vadanapilly presenting with nocturnal enuresis. Suffered daily since early childhood, causing severe embarrassment and refusal to attend overnight school camps. Previously tried alarm therapies and desmopressin sprays with no success.

Diagnostic Investigations: Renal ultrasound normal; urine routine and culture negative for UTI.
