Presenting Complaints & History
- Sudden, intense urgency to urinate, occasionally causing leakage

Clinical Assessment
Presented with advanced benign prostatic enlargement. Had been taking conventional alpha-blockers but experienced dizziness and wanted to switch to homeopathy.
Diagnostic Investigations: Ultrasound showing prostate volume at 48 cc (Grade II prostatomegaly) with post-void residual urine (PVRU) of 90 mL; PSA level normal at 2.4 ng/mL.
