Presenting Complaints & History
- Localized pain on one side of the lower back, just above the buttock
- Pain worsening when climbing stairs, standing on one leg, or turning in bed
- Radiating dull ache into the hip and groin area

Clinical Assessment
Developed sacroiliac pain during her second pregnancy, which persisted postpartum. Had tried physiotherapy with incomplete relief.
