- Pain when lifting arm overhead or sleeping on that side

Recreational swimmer presenting with subacromial impingement. Desired conservative rotator cuff support to avoid steroid injections.
Diagnostic Investigations: Shoulder MRI showing mild subacromial bursitis and supraspinatus tendinosis; no rotator cuff tear.
