Lifestyle & Nutritional Support
Consuming 3.5 to 4 liters of water daily, drinking fresh barley water, and avoiding high-oxalate foods (spinach, nuts).
Clinical Outcome
Follow-up Period: 3 weeks- Spontaneous expulsion of the 7 mm stone during urination on day 9
- Significant improvement with complete relief from flank pain
- Normal color of urine restored with no bleeding
- Sustained improvement during follow-up with resolved hydronephrosis
